Thanks Rod. I do believe that mine would have been an 'update' now that you
have explained it in that sense. I just know that when I purchsed my machine
and software that my salesman informed me that there would be an update or
upgrade free of charge coming within the month (last January). I touched base
with him on several occasions thru August of last year and was told it still
wasn't available. I had a wonderful experience when I was at training with Nate
and Nick was extremely helpful anytime I needed anything. Just today I received
an email to visit the new Melcoworld user site. I believe that is the first and
only email I have ever received since purchasing my equipment. Thanks for
everyone on this list and their expertise-it has truly been the only reason I
haven't given up. Thanks again Rod.
