Barbara, when did you order? If recent enough, they may be able to cancel and
you can call your new area rep (just reassigned from West Coast) Simon Orrell
1-800-799-8313 x1061, or cell 813-476-3512. When I talked with him the other
day (after our last email trade) he quoted the discount, and I said something
about a Barbara from San Antonio and I think he found two of them in his
"rolodex" so I expected that he would be calling you. I had already purchased
thru MelcoMart Sunday night, called them, couldn't cancel the order at that
point, but they matched the price, issuing a credit memo for the difference and
all is well.
