But you can turn it to wireframe and do something. But, believe me, it is a mess and I would not recommend that a person new to digitizing do this. It is bad enough for someone with experience. You can, however, watch it sew out on the screen. You can learn from that. Just remember that you really can only see the structure of a design in the native format. DS's native format is ofm. So if it was not digitized in ofm and you get it in ofm, then you will not be able to see the elements and the data associated with each element.
