I'll take the first two questions:
To the left of the Color box there are tow little squares. One of them (the
one one the right) is for locking the elements, and the one on the left is the
red eye. Click that and the color hides. You can click on the + sign and now
you can hide the elements individually. That is a great feature.
To assign a color by number, right click on the color (over on the right panel)
and select "Color". Select your brand and then put the number in the box
labeled Find Number and hit apply. Sometimes you may have to do this twice for
it to "take."
