I had my husband check all the connection out. This is his field.
Everything is connected well. Lights are lit and blinking where they are
supposed to be. The computer says when the cable is plugged or unplugged,
so the cable is fine.

Is this the only machine that you have...?
If the machine is not being detected when doing the configuration wizzard,
the first thing I would look at is the cable.....or the cable connections
from the machine to the computor. Are you hooked thru a router or is it a
cable direct from the machine to the computor....?
