Take out the bobbin case when you clean it out so thread pieces don't go into the bobbin itself. Be careful if you are using the brush to do it that you don't damage anything. If you have had any "birds nests" recently, this could cause thread pieces to get stuck down in there and cause trimmer problems. I sometimes use compressed air to blow out thread pieces that the brush can't reach.
