I believe Pitney has a program for doing it but it won't be cheap. I just
charge fixed rate for weight. Ie: 1lb is $6 2lbs is $6.50 3lbs is $7. Etc. I
only ship UPS except to Hawaii and Alaska which is sent USPS because UPS to
high to HI and AK
