I would make sure that there is no lint in the casing and then check your
bobbin tension. Since normal bobbin thread is thicker than 40wt embroidery
thread (which may be what the bobbins have--you should be able to check with
Don at Terradon Embroidery), the tension will have to be adjusted.
Check how the bobbin drops with a regular bobbin, then adjust the tension with
the colored-bobbin to match it. Hope this helps.
