I cleaned out the folder, turned everything off, even the computer and started back up. When I loaded a new design it lined up correctly and is sewing now. There is a folder that holds designs you are currently sewing in something like c:\program files\melco\amaya\current (not sure of the exact name as I am not in front of the machine. Delete the .ofm files in there, then shut down os, shut down amaya. Then start up OS, start up amaya, load design and see how it goes... I just loaded a new design and am getting a color index error. The needle is not in the proper alignment to sew. It won't sew, hit the green button and nothing happens. I have turned everything off and left it for a while and turned it back on, didn't help. Any suggestions to get this back on line is much appreciated. We are so busy and can't stand to be down for long.
