Debbie,

Juli has you on the right path just need to go a little further after you get
into the melco/amaya/os find the jobs folder then the machine number if you
have more than one then the current job and delete it (the job not the folder)
this will clear the job you have in the machine and let you install it again.
This may or may not solve your problem. Have you checked your ethernet cable
and your hub?

As far as your trimmer goes look at the back and see if the wire is attached,
if it is not, remove the clip that is holding the trimmer on and reattach the
wire. If it is still attached go to OS and the maint tab, steppers, there
should be a button at the bottom of the window that says detect trimmer, click
on that and see if your timmmer goes back to home. You can also click on the
trimmer out and in button to see if it responds.
