The brother bobbin winder (baby lock also sells one) is a separate unit and
its only purpose is to wind bobbins. It sells for about $180 on ebay and
roughly the same cost at a dealer if I remember correctly. I have the
BabyLock EMP6 as well (currently for sale) but never invested in the bobbin
winder, though my dealer really tried to push that one.
