Its good to know that you got your chance to vent.
I am sorry, but I want everyone here to know that, Wasatch didn't drop the 
ball. Its you, who never got back to us with the CREDIT CARD information. 
If you don't do your part, then I am sorry to say, you are not serious about 
your job.
Despite knowing that our UPS truck leaves exactly at 4:00PM, you didn't bother 
to get back to us until 4 minutes yo 4:00PM!!! It took you more that two hours 
to provide us with your Credit Card info. 
Sorry, but if you don't pay, we don't ship. Please let your friends know that 
if they want to work with Wasatch, they have to be serious about their 
business. Being lazy or sloppy won't help.
