That would be your take on it. I "personally" spoke to one of your employees 
that "guaranteed" me that the order WOULD be placed on Monday.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that making a customer happy should be 
your number one priority.

I was not asking for anything extreme. I just wanted the extra shipping charges 
refunded. Not a big deal, but obviously your company did not agree.
