Hey Ron, Mine was set at 1. Moved it up to 4 and she is running like a champ!! Thanks. So glad when it is something simple! What is the inching stitch count set at? 5? this is the amount under settings that dictates how many stitches it does slowly to let it get tied off and started before it ramps up the speed. you may experiment with a higher setting I'm not sure of there is a limit but you may start there. I would first look at the bobbin area, and make sure there is no errant threads in the back keeping the thread from grabbing. I would hope a tech will chime in and explain the process involved since I don't know it. but it must be getting derailed somewhere along the way. Good luck, I have this problem sometimes also. Okay list... Here is your challenge for the day. More often than not whenever my Amaya starts to stitch, the thread does not grab the bobbin and it pops out. I re-thread this machine more than I can stand. It happens as it is attempting to put down those first few stitches and it is moving slow. Is it bobbin tension? Needle angle? Material thickness? If anyone can offer any words of wisdom, I would be forever grateful! Off to re-thread! Thank you so much. LuAnn @ Image Embroidery Because Your "Image" Matters
