Hey there Steve..

Service and support have been great ont he hardware side of things.
Good software support as well.

The machines are not made of plastic. They have a plastic housing. The
machine is made from aluminum I believe. At the ISS show they had the
covers off the machine, running back and forth, etc, non stop. The
machines are 100% top notch. I did research for 6 months on everything
that was and is out there. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase the Amaya
again. If I had it to do all over again, I would buy the same machine.

The WACF is kicking my butt, definitely not something I'm happy with.
I suspect we'll wind up purchasing an alternate hooping mechanism.

AMAYA OS is stable, DesignShop is flaky at best in my opinion. I'm
using CorelDrawings to create the designs, and Design Shop to touch
them up. Having said that, after looking at all the stuff out there,
DesignShop is light years ahead of the rest.

If anyone is in the Central Florida area and wants to come buy and
play with the machines, they are more than welcome too.
