Have you done a "Complete" lubrication of the machine? Are thes needlebars 
oiled, has the reciprocator had any oil added in the key hole slot on top of 
the bar? Has the pinch and/or threadfeed rollers been greased lately?

Have you taken out the suspect needles and spun them with your to see if they 
may be bent or damaged?

If you were doing caps and they worked before, but not now, then they may be 
bent...good thing to check.

Definitly take the time to "completely lubricate the machine....

What software are you running...is it Version 7 or Version 9 and at what 
level...that is...7.00.??? or 9.00.???

Under " Settings "," Timers ", you can step thru each of the maintenence areas 
to see what and how to lubricate the moving parts.
