I get great results with small lettering, as long as it is setup correctly.
As far as the AMAYA in general, I am completely happy with its performance.
Being able to run all my flats at 1200 spm and my caps at 850-950 spm is a
great improvement over the 650 or 700 spm I run on my Melco EMT's. I feel
the AMAYA is an awesome advance in embroidery technology and Melco Customer
Service and Tech support is great as well. I have 2 other friends
(competition) here locally that own AMAYA's as well and they love them. One
of them bought an additional AMAYA after running the first one for a few
months. The other day I ran 50 unstructured caps with 0 thread breaks in
around 5 hours. I could go on, but I should probably get to work, I have
over 500 caps to get done :)
