Just called Airwaves and they gave me the instructions on how to do it. Also called stals and he asked me to adjust the knob and waiting for the machine to heat up to do this transfer. I tried tracking down the company several years ago and they are long out of business....I bought it 10-12 years ago, and it was about 10 or more years old then! Had to replace all the cords but that's it. It had been stored in a barn for 5 years. That's why I don't trust the timers or heat settings-just use the dials as 'reference' points Brand name is Quik Set out of Ohio. Works great-just wondering when it will finally die and I have to break down and buy a new one. But for $75.....I've gotten my use out of it! Seen new ones all over and nothing even comes close to half the weight of it! Roland
