I just went through this exact problem. I went to www.freeembroiderystuff.embroiderydesigns.com <http://www.freeembroiderystuff.embroiderydesigns.com/> And pulled up an article called Puff-n-Stuff and Puff-n-Stuff II by Jimmy Lamb. I also pulled up On top of it all ( the scoop on topping) which has some information on sewing puffy foam. You must have a design digitized for puffy. So if your going to have a customers logo in puffy send it to a good digitizer to create for you. I used mine on hats and I have to say they turned out great. Use foam colored as close as you can to your thread as it will peek thru here and there. Hope this helps Cindy Chamberlin Impressive Threads Custom Embrodiery Ofc: 623-879-9761 Cell: 602-710-0887 impressivethreads@xxxxxxx _____ From: amayausers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:amayausers-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Darlene Weber Sent: Wednesday, October 03, 2007 3:04 PM To: Amaya Subject: [amayausers.com] 3D Puff I have a customer who is interested in having some puff printing done.
