It does default to fill 4 but you should be able to change the default.
I would make your changes and then hit default. If you change it the
default will be the new changes. It should work. I don't have my

It's a beautiful day in Phoenix, AZ. and I am in my shop trying to put 2
inch lettering on a denim jacket back. I am trying to use the standard
Block
embroidery font, all caps, and in Design shop I am trying to change the
fill
type but on my screen it will not change the effect. Just appears to be
stand fill type 4. I have tried to change at lettering properties level,
and
design properties level. Is there something I am missing? On lettering
does
it default to standard fill 4 without the ability to change? Please
help.
