As a communications professional here is my take. We Indians are generally
seen as gifted folks in many areas but are found wanting in many areas,
particularly the first generation immigrants.

Perhaps we should focus it on a few segments - a) techies who want to
burnish their communication skills b) homemakers who want to improve their
personality, c) anyone who wants to pursue public speaking etc...

Each group would then determine what their needs are... I am happy to offer
my expertise and guidance, if called upon. Please do look up my site
