Because Hamstreet is incentivized to keep Ross generating income to pay him,
he will look the other way when it comes to criminal activity. It appears he
already has. I think they’re all in it together. I was shocked to read that

transaction—they were supplied with our proofs of claim) in the report;
though I suspected there was deep corruption in all this, I first thought it
would occur mostly south of the border.
I have not heard back from Hamstreet. I still puzzle at the brazenness of the
lie. It means that he is disregarding outright the proofs of claim and all
communication from investors. He would rather listen to lies from crooks who
stroke his ego.

William Perry, former US Se restart of Defense, Henry Kissinger, former
U.S. Secretary of State), Sam Nunn, former U.S. Senator, Bill Frist,
former U.S. Senator and heart-transplant surgeon.
These are people who invested fortunes with her: the Walton Family ($150
million), Rupert Murdoch ($121 million), Betsy DeVos (($100 million), and
the Cox family (of Cox Media Group: over 35 newspapers, 57 TV stations,
71 FM stations, 15 am stations) ($100 million).
HBO did a documentary on Theranos (“Out For Blood in Silicon Valley”) In
it, you will see seasoned, hardened investigative reporters become
emotional about the fact that they believed a lie.
I purposely mentioned these details & minutiae with the names of people
and huge amounts of money. Sorry, but I do not mean to bore you or stun
you with my research abilities. I just recently read the book by a WSJ
reporter & watched the documentary, so it’s fresh in my memory.
But wrote this to remind myself and all of you good people that there are
people out there who will lie to your face and any one, and I mean
anyone, can believe them.
Our reaction is to wisely pursue justice through the courts, civilly and
criminally. If we’re patient and fortunate, perhaps we can get something
in return, perhaps some justice.
Don’t give up. Hang in there.
My wife and I will be away for a bit on family duties, but are in this to
pursue the devil. Evil always makes mistakes.

Marycarol Feldman, Maureen Minsker and Ross Miles are siblings. Tooty
is Romelle Wampler. She used to be Romelle Minsker. She is Miles
Minsker’s sister. Their mother is Maureen Minsker, Marycarol’s
roommate. Larry Wampler — also an investor in the pools, is Tooty’s

I made contact to see if her state of need had resolved. It had. She
said at the Red Lion In that she was 100 percent reliant on the checks
coming from the pools. She was furious and fearful.
When I inquired about her financial ability to survive yesterday— she
said she was fine. She said “there are other investments”. She did
not have those on the day of the gathering at the Red Lion Inn I am
certain.
As this debacle has been executed by Ross and Co, he has made
provisions for Marycarol and Tooty it is clear to me. I believe he
also “is taking care of “ Larry Wampler.
Miles minsker, his nephew is in deep, as is his partner Maureen Wile.
The update to the Hamstreet site has blown the windows out and finally
we can see clearly all that we only guessed about.
I have filled out forms on line w the national website for FBI. I
also have contacted and they have recontacted and am exchanging info
with SEC.

Yes it should. A federal investigation would put the kibosh on the
receivership as well.
I am still shaking my head as to why the report didn’t say something
like “ we found so many things we know to be unlawful that this has
been referred for prosecution.”
Of course, in that event the billings stop.

anything out of banks, title companies, etc.
Also, to me it is jaw-dropping that none of this is considered
criminal. Just how it looked at first glance (like a Ponzi scheme)
would have prevented an ethical person from accepting the engagement.
It is definitely in the territory where the lack of objectivity of the
receiver and his interest in continued billings (he is getting paid,
remember, out of the income Ross and Maureen are still making).
