I pointed them to the report. I didn’t get to talk to an agent, just their
phone clerk who did not seem terribly bright. I can only hope that the
information I gave got into the right bucket. I referenced the call I made in
June and she gave me the spiel about how they couldn’t tell me if an
investigation was ongoing. She took the URL for the report, and the Receiver’s
contact information.
I also wrote the Receiver this morning and called him out on what he has said
about priority of claims (in contravention to the statute), and the outright
lie he wrote in the report about not having the documents for the marina
transaction (all were submitted with our proofs of claim, with additional
correspondence pointing to the facts). I finished up with citing his prior
flouting of the RCW as documented in objections and observed that the
receivership appears to need more oversight than is currently in force.
I copied my attorney and that securities investigator.

Marycarol Feldman, Maureen Minsker and Ross Miles are siblings. Tooty is
Romelle Wampler. She used to be Romelle Minsker. She is Miles Minsker’s

Yes it should. A federal investigation would put the kibosh on
the receivership as well.
I am still shaking my head as to why the report didn’t say
something like “ we found so many things we know to be
unlawful that this has been referred for prosecution.”
Of course, in that event the billings stop.

Also, to me it is jaw-dropping that none of this is

glance (like a Ponzi scheme) would have prevented an
ethical person from accepting the engagement.
It is definitely in the territory where the lack of
objectivity of the receiver and his interest in
continued billings (he is getting paid, remember, out
of the income Ross and Maureen are still making).
