binutils 2.9.1 is stable and known to work reliable for m68k-amigaos. The
same applies for GCC 3.3.x. However, my main motivation is a bit different.
I would like to push all my diffs for GCC and binutils into the repository.

Its not necessary to import anything at this point. If its ok I will ask
when I am ready to commit my work.
