[adtools] binutils changes

Hi.
I have just committed two patches to the binutils that implement shared
library generation on the AmigaOS-4.0 target. Since my knowledge of
binutils and bfd is somewhat limited, I would invite someone with more
knowledge to have a look at them.
The changed files are:
bfd/elf32-amigaos.c
ld/emulparams/amigaos.sh
I have marked the changes in elf32-amigaos.c with comments that contain
the string "-HJF-", and the log messages also contain a run-down of the
changed.
I am going to modify the compiler next to accommodate the changes to the
specs required.
