[adtools] Updated info on building a cross-compiler?

Hello everyone,
back when Jens wrote his documentation on how to build a cross compiler
I did not have much luck in actually getting one built on Mac OS X.
Luckily, pre-built distributions for Mac OS X became available in the
mean time.
But now I need to build another cross compiler for the same old Mac OS X
platform and it still doesn't work for me, and in exactly the same
manner it failed to work the last time I tried it. The culprit is the
binuntils build which fails to produce the binaries the GCC build
process needs at some point.
Some hints would be welcome, since I'm really, really stuck :-)
