[adtools] Latest Binutils 2.18 with OS4 shared library support in trunk

Hi,
I've just committed the latest patch by Thomas Frieden to the binutils in
trunk (which is a 2.18 binutils). The gcc in trunk (still 4.2.4) was already
updated some weeks ago. This should enable proper OS4 shared library building
support and thus, everybody should be able now to build a recent compiler
suite.
However, I've not yet tested the generated suite thoroughly, so there could be
still some problems. Please report back your findings.
