No, when the states ratified the constituition they became under the
jurisdicton of the United States. Delaware was the first to surrender there
liberty to the constituition. No state has liberty but man does. If enough
people of a state claim their sovereignty it will be a free state again except
businesses like government as a whole. Especially big business. This should

First couple of paragraphs makes it well understood. Also, first time I've
seen article 1, section 8, clause17 stated in discussing of the United
States. Even though it ignores the limitations of government ownership by
arsenals etc.

Note also it never talks about how the jurisdicton of man fits into or
related to United States jurisdicton.
The best supreme court case I know that defines jurisdictions is Leavenworth
R & R v Lowe and sheriff's and all the cases quoted in it. Of course it again
does not talk of the jurisdicton of man.
