Yes, I noticed article 1, section 8, clause 17.
The easy pickings info only go up to 1962.
After that, its necessary to dig out the state info.
I noticed in my town, the post office was 1933 and feds claim exclusive
jurisdiction.
Also the mint in phila was 1901.
Also, the coast guard is under Treasury, not Defense.
This needs to be studied more.

though it ignores the limitations of government ownership by arsenals etc.

Note also it never talks about how the jurisdicton of man fits into or related
to United States jurisdicton.
The best supreme court case I know that defines jurisdictions is Leavenworth R
& R v Lowe and sheriff's and all the cases quoted in it. Of course it again
does not talk of the jurisdicton of man.
