Most obstructions have fraud with no limitations

misconduct by withholding evidence of a crime from law enforcement, and that
act starts on a particular day, and if tomorrow is the date of the first day
of obstruction that the statute of limitations expires , and the obstruction
continues for a year, does the statute of Limitations expire on the day of
the first day of obstruction or does the SOL extend with each day the
obstruction continues?
The reason i ask is tht i can do a better job of gathering evidence and
filing a criminal complaint if i can safely extend the preparation time to
file the complaints.
