I'm going to be trying and anyone can volunteer but I believe when one signs
the ticket put next to signature: Article 6 color of law
Then tell officer I just served you notice when you hand ticket back. If the
officer turns the ticket in to the court. One could file immediately for
damages and he should be charged with a crime. That would be done in DC.
I just receive from a friend a COL form. Color of law form. It was a notice to
whoever you gave it to that also stated you are committing an felony and you
might consider getting an attorney. So it backs up what I've thought but now
know. I would say this is more important then filing bar complaints. If it
fails file in DC and I'll help with that because it's not as simple or I have
not got it simple yet.

United States as an corporatiin you want to keep around but want the employees
to straighten up.
