A friend lives out where houses are on 1/2 or more acres of land and they have
horses, cows. chickens, etc. That’s why they live out there. His next door
neighbor sold her 4 acre house/land to a developer who wants to put about 15
houses on the land. The neighbors don’t want that, so they have come up with
this document to bind the developer into a contract. They have each filed one
into the county records, so the developer will have a contract with multiple
land owners. This one is from a man that has a horse boarding/riding arena.
There is some good info in the doc that I think most can use when writing up
docs for your use. I changed home addresses and many names, but not all of the
public servants info.
