about the way you do this process is that even if they ignore your notice,

Attach to the citation from IRS and send to the individual that sent the
first IRS complaint. Also send a copy to the commissioner of the IRS and
let both parties know you notified each other.
Now well your at it. Add to the letter for the commissioner another letter
to include in the same envelope.
The statement above (without any command or notice) requesting the
commissioner to send you all the taxes you've paid in your lifetime. In two
to six months it will come. You just nave noticed the commissioner your
gong to get a lifetime refund without even saying it. The way it should be.
Now I've said here that some said you can get it from the IRS but I've
never tried it. Will in the future.
You've now served them notice that the issue is unlawful and has no
jurisdicton.
You served notice your going to get what they stole from you without
saying it. We do not argue with them by telling them to prove anything.
Your a sovereign and you just make statements. It's over or should be. If
they reply back saying you owe. You simply send again and add to the
statement again your a non-taxpayer and I'm taking the issue to Washington,
DC to settle this matter if you harm me.
Yes, we have to be brave and wait for harm committed. That is common law.
Now your going to file as a sovereign in the United States Court of
Federal Claims. If you honor your authority. The judge will send you (top
two pages) back showing on one paper for each court. The top paper is your
court. I'll go into this more later if needed. Hopefully I'll have a PDF

We just notify and make statements till we get a return letter from the
claims court. Then we submit an court order for the judge to sign as is
required of parties to move their court. Every plaintiff does it, but we
are not plaintiffs. Do not, do not motion the judge as that is asking the
judge his opinIon. Not good at all.

They just rolled on w/their typical next letter, ignoring this issue
entirely. I used one of Cary's responses in late July and have not heard
anything from them since then.
How would you have responded to their letter? I thank you for your
input. If I did not present the issue properly you can just correct me
Charley. I am certainly not above learning a better way to express the
1817 jurisdiction issue.
