Again from the perspective of the forest instead of the individual trees...
Our Country's Courts are supposed to act in accordance with the Rule of Law.The 
Progressive Globalist Insurgency has replaced the Rule of Law with the "RULE OF 
MAN"and "MIGHT MAKES RIGHT".
RULE OF MAN IS ARBITRARY AND CAPRICIOUS. Progressive RULE OF MAN is biased 
towardadvancing the Progressive Globalist Revolution, protecting and rewarding 
its allies and punishingthe enemies that expose and oppose it.
Yet this PROGRESSIVE RULE OF MAN stands as law because they have people with 
guns toprotect them and enforce their rulings.
To go to their courts and expect to win on issues that fundamentally derail the 
Progressive Globalist Revolution, serves only 1 useful purpose... In losing the 
matter, you provided yet one more piece ofevidence that WE THE PEOPLE have 
exhausted our PEACEFUL REMEDIES, as our US Founder's require per their roadmap 
for dealing with tyranny.
           In every stage of these Oppressions we have Petitioned for Redress 
in the most humble Terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by 
repeated Injury. A Prince, whose Character is thus marked by every act which 
may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People.          Nor

their oath of office,and therefore are acting under the RULE OF MAN.
1) Courts Failure to hold the 4th Branch Administrative State created under 
Progressive President

2) Courts abandoning the Pound Principle calling for the overwhelming number of 
matters before the Courts be resolved on the Merits and Not Technicalities (

3) Failure of Government Attorneys and Law Enforcement to Arrest Members of the 
Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) for sedition and treason.  The Rothschild 
family were the first to propose a NEW WORLD ORDER under ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT.  
Rothchilds' frontmen Rockefeller, JP Morgan and Warburg founded the CFR to 
pursue these Rothschild goals under the guise of Progressivism.

Clearly, all of this things are unconstitutional and diametrically opposed to 
the principles America was founded upon...
So I say again, why would you expect to prevail on matters that materially 
impair or oppose the agenda ofthe Progressive Globalist Insurgency and/or not 
expect them to ignore them once they consolidate power?

They just rolled on w/their typical next letter, ignoring this issue entirely.  
I used one of Cary's responses in late July and have not heard anything from 
them since then.




How would you have responded to their letter?  I thank you for your input.  If 
I did not present the issue properly you can just correct me Charley.  I am 
certainly not above learning a better way to express the 1817 jurisdiction 
issue.
