charlie, a couple of major points i feel people overlook is a couple of
things. we are the ultimate sovereign and the fountain of all legit
authority, with the supremacy clause theres a guarantee clause of which a
republic, the people are the sovereign thats not changed as well as art 4
sec 2 if needed though i get thats a sore point for people, but even CA
Civil Code 51 says califonians are free and equal. the lieber code doesnt
override the constitution neither does war time, emergency, or anything
else. also our original republic is under the protection and preservation
of the municipal corporation all 3 of which are the peoples creation. with
law there always has to be remedy and theres many available its just most
are asleep at the wheel or whatever may have or even has not happened in
their life for them to come to the same places say me, you, and glen have.
do i get that people are committing these crimes regardless? yes, but
theres a couple of different ways to get remedy as there is to point out
contract fraud [and/or other kinds of fraud] just as theres a few different
ways to hold these people responsible and skin a cat, it doesnt matter to
me how we get to essentially if not literally the same place, it only
matters to me that we get there and that those who need to be protected
