No idea to your questions, but almost every judge (and clerk's ) signature
I'e ever seen seems to violate 6 CFR 37.3 (Title 6 Homeland Security;
Chapter 1 Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Secretary; Part 37
Real ID Driver’s Licenses and Identification Cards; Subpart A-General),
Full Legal Name means, “An individual’s first name, middle name(s), and
last name or surname, *without use of initials or nicknames. and demands
strict proof to the contrary.*
*Unless he is doing a "Harry S. Truman" job, his full legal name is NOT
Jeffrey H. Sutherland, so, isn't his oath under something over than his
Full Legal name? I pulled the oath, or oaths, of a judge I am going after,
3 of them over an 11 year period were mailed to me, certified. The oldest
and newest ones, he signed with just his middle initial, the middle one,
for some reason, he signed his full legal name. The ONLY judge I've ever
seen sign an order who didn't use his middle initial instead of his legal
name (including the oaths and BAR card), didn't have a middle name at
all. Nit picky? You bet, but, it's THEIR law, and Homeland Security isn't
exactly a parking ordinance sectiion. *
