this is great pdf and stuff if it applied to all ticketing scenarios that
didn't involve an "injured party" and evidence that the stuff in the pdf
actually worked where the judge actually followed their oath. Drove
though a state where there was a "pass over" trap aka the Pass over law
where you suppose to move over a lane for cars with flashing lights and or
siren on if they are pulled over on the shoulder. Didnt know it was a set
up trap till i got pulled over and 2 other cars got pulled to *there were 3
cops in a row sitting on the side of the road. i Call bs. Fine up to $500
sometimes more and 3 points to ur license and or Defensive driving is
needed in some cases.
