Glenn, U touched on something else that's VERY important - DON'T ANSWER
QUESTIONS OR EVEN TALK TO THE COPS! That includes providing a name or any
information that would assist them in filling out arrest data! If U verbally
state a "True-Christian, Name", they will write it down as a "STRAWMAN NAME", &
enter it into their system as such. The officer can later testify in court that
U verbally provided the "STRAWMAN NAME" (hint: There's a reason it's called a
"HEARING" - U're expected to give a "SOUNDING"/FATHOM/UNDERSTANDING - see "idem
sonans") If U must, even make 'em book U as a "DOE" and find the info
themselves, but NEVER verbally utter a name to them.

I get w/t U're saying, & that is correct - Just the same, the Miranda Warning
was written specifically to suck people into the judicial system, NOT to ensure
your rights as a free wo/man...

When I said the Miranda Warning is wrong I refer to it saying You have a
right to an Attorney - where in the constitution is the word ATTORNEY or
LAWYER. That is a hoax and a Fraud on their part. You have a right to 'counsel'
and that does not say anyone registered as a representative of LAW, a counselor
could be a Doctor, physical therapist, chef, etc you get the picture - you are
entitled to have someone who knows you or the subject matter. I would ask for
their copy of the LAW that are promoting, if the LEO is making a judicial
decision on the side of the road and a notarized copy of his authority to do so.

Miranda warning isn't "wrong" - It usually accomplishes EXACTLY w/t it was
meant to! 99.9% of "suspects" say they do "understand" the "rights as read" to
them - Those "rights" are actually legislative privileges in purview of the
14th Amendment. It doesn't matter w/t they say or don't say after that - THE
HOOK IS SET!!
I do know of 1-time w/r 2 "suspects" simply said: "I do not understand those
rights", & then KEPT THEIR MOUTHS SHUT - Even as the deputy repeatedly said:
"What don't you understand?"... No arrests was made, & the entire case fell
apart (it was a felony marijuana cultivation & distribution investigation - The
cops didn't even seize the pot!)...

I think you misinterpreted this... I believe it basically says these are the
only officials allowed to take someone else's Oath or sworn affidavit. All
attorneys are required to members of the BAR. I would expect lawyers also..
What I did find interesting though and thanks for posting this... Counselor at
Law... last time I told a judge I was a helping friend or counselor and the
judge told me I could not do this..I asked why and he said it was not allowed.
I told him I have not taken any money or trade for my services and he was a
friend. No go... Hmm need to look into this a lil closer. My comprehension is
counselors in law are not required to be BAR.Thanks again, all rights reserved,
