and studying that you can't purchase and he knows the only way to attempt to

to a common law jury without a word from the magistrates mouth. No Bar card
turds either. I can't tell you everything you need to know without writing a
book and others have already written the books and treatises. This is where you
need to focus efforts. A lot of these other things , like Minnesota Assumed
Name filing, revocation of voters reg, ect. are also important and help prove
your status, but the remedy and the respect you seek, the freedom you want are
found in a common law action. I live in Washington State where our constitution
says the united states constitution is law of the land and the State Law shall
be common law and not repugnant to the Constitution. That's not what you find
in our courts, in fact , none of it is mentioned or honored except upon appeal
and you must have brought it up in objection in trial court and indicated exact
specifics for a desirable appeal decision. This is very difficult even for the
learned. It's where law is known and respected by the judges more often though
and it's where justice can happen in their system. If you want to learn , start
reading appellant cases on Google scholar or other sites. Even when people lose
they often spell out how they could've won and should've one. Sometimes they
will break down the judiciary's unfettered view of a specific topic which they
will not deviate from. These views are in our favor and follow the flavor of
the Constitution. You can destroy a case against you with this knowledge. You
can win an action against them for violating your right with this knowledge.
You can use the blueprint they painstakingly took the time to write to write an
unbeatable lawsuit or action. If you think I'm wrong, look for yourself. Out of
all the cases using statutes , codes, fake lawyers, fake judges, and lying
police witness , 98*% if the defendants lose. The one that take a plea deal(.
In some situations it's probably smart, but feels gross when you are truly
innocent), it's a loss. Worst of all , the liars don't have to prove one thing.
They love it. How easy is that. Accuse, prove nothing, win, dole out
punishment. You can be on the winning side, but be fair, honest , and don't be
greedy. Do on to others as you would have done on to you. The universal golden

better idea of what I need to find. Stop looking for the answer and start
finding those border pieces in all of this stuff you think is non factual b.s.
because I've seen everyone here pass up and even dismiss some valuable
important, well written , free information that you should kick yourself over.
Stop being your worst enemy and an enemy of this group. There's some real
talent here and from what I've seen , it's not appreciated often enough and the
good information is being ignored. It's the same reason our country is in the
poop hole and it's overun with corruption. We are all too busy knowing nothing
and fighting about it, smearing poop on out brothers and snuggly snickering to
others . Aren't we smart and funny. I'm personally not feeling smart or funny
because I managed to go through so many years knowing there was a problem , but
never bothering to find out what it was until the corruption was severe and I
was personally victimized. Only then did I put overtime efforts into finding

Word is coming out of Slovenia that, if verified, will cause an unimaginable
world reaction.
On Saturday 20 November, the Chief Nurse of the University Medical Center,
Ljubljana Clinical Center, (pictured above, who deals with the administration
of vaccine vials and manages everything, quit her job, went in front of TV
cameras and took out vaccine bottles.
She showed the gathered journalists the codes on the bottles, each with the
final number 1, 2, or 3 in the code, and then explained the meaning of these
numbers:
Number 1 is placebo, saline.
Number 2 is the classic mRNA “vaccine”
Number 3 is an RNA stick containing the ONC gene, related to adenovirus, which
contributes, among other things, to the development of cancer.
For these who get jabbed from vial whose code ends in the number 3, she says
people who received them will have soft tissue cancer within 2 years.
She said that she had personally witnessed the vaccinations of all politicians
and tycoons and that they all received the preparation number 1
The media has been told to absolutely bury this story and fierce efforts at
containing this information are underway right now.

If you notice the statute states that it only shields you when you in a COURT
with a judge or magistrate,
It does NOT state anything about lying to Congress or any other government body
or administrative agency....which is why the IRS prosecutes you for lying to
THEM directly (which is why many people say simply do not answer their letters
- nothing to incriminate yourself with) ....and you can be held in contempt for
lying to Congress.
NOW...that being said....you get taken INTO a court with a judge and then you
lie before the judge...it is then and only then you can get away with that BUT
there are other possible pitfalls IF you read the full case...if not I suggest
you do so!!
