difficult even for the learned. It's where law is known and respected by
the judges more often though and it's where justice can happen in their
system. If you want to learn , start reading appellant cases on Google
scholar or other sites. Even when people lose they often spell out how they
could've won and should've one. Sometimes they will break down the
judiciary's unfettered view of a specific topic which they will not deviate
from. These views are in our favor and follow the flavor of the
Constitution. You can destroy a case against you with this knowledge. You
can win an action against them for violating your right with this
knowledge. You can use the blueprint they painstakingly took the time to
write to write an unbeatable lawsuit or action. If you think I'm wrong,
look for yourself. Out of all the cases using statutes , codes, fake
lawyers, fake judges, and lying police witness , 98*% if the defendants
lose. The one that take a plea deal(. In some situations it's probably
smart, but feels gross when you are truly innocent), it's a loss. Worst of
all , the liars don't have to prove one thing. They love it. How easy is
that. Accuse, prove nothing, win, dole out punishment. You can be on the
winning side, but be fair, honest , and don't be greedy. Do on to others as

Stop looking for the answer and start finding those border pieces in all of
this stuff you think is non factual b.s. because I've seen everyone here
pass up and even dismiss some valuable important, well written , free
information that you should kick yourself over. Stop being your worst enemy
and an enemy of this group. There's some real talent here and from what
I've seen , it's not appreciated often enough and the good information is
being ignored. It's the same reason our country is in the poop hole and
it's overun with corruption. We are all too busy knowing nothing and

The only process I actually used was coppermine for the passport and that
was only because a friend of mine used it based on what she learned from
a friend.....I did not know when I did the passport that it was his
process..... The only difference was I added the apostilled birth cert
(upper and lower case) all the way to the US Sec. of State. I got my 4
star ID card....

One can use the state national passport in place of SSN and it will work
if one follows the other directions for a non-resident alien.

If you notice the statute states that it only shields you when you in a
COURT with a judge or magistrate,
It does NOT state anything about lying to Congress or any other
government body or administrative agency....which is why the IRS
prosecutes you for lying to THEM directly (which is why many people say
simply do not answer their letters - nothing to incriminate yourself
with) ....and you can be held in contempt for lying to Congress.
NOW...that being said....you get taken INTO a court with a judge and
then you lie before the judge...it is then and only then you can get
away with that BUT there are other possible pitfalls IF you read the
full case...if not I suggest you do so!!

YES, most likely they are mind. There should be seven of them that
failed. Testing a concept and they failed. But, remember; Charles said
he has no issues with government. So why is Charles filing as plaintiff?
