Mike, just to be absolutely clear, your methods of testing a process are

united states constitution is law of the land and the State Law shall be
common law and not repugnant to the Constitution. That's not what you find
in our courts, in fact , none of it is mentioned or honored except upon
appeal and you must have brought it up in objection in trial court and
indicated exact specifics for a desirable appeal decision. This is very
difficult even for the learned. It's where law is known and respected by
the judges more often though and it's where justice can happen in their
system. If you want to learn , start reading appellant cases on Google
scholar or other sites. Even when people lose they often spell out how they
could've won and should've one. Sometimes they will break down the
judiciary's unfettered view of a specific topic which they will not deviate
from. These views are in our favor and follow the flavor of the
Constitution. You can destroy a case against you with this knowledge. You
can win an action against them for violating your right with this
knowledge. You can use the blueprint they painstakingly took the time to
write to write an unbeatable lawsuit or action. If you think I'm wrong,
look for yourself. Out of all the cases using statutes , codes, fake
lawyers, fake judges, and lying police witness , 98*% if the defendants
lose. The one that take a plea deal(. In some situations it's probably
smart, but feels gross when you are truly innocent), it's a loss. Worst of
all , the liars don't have to prove one thing. They love it. How easy is
that. Accuse, prove nothing, win, dole out punishment. You can be on the
winning side, but be fair, honest , and don't be greedy. Do on to others as
you would have done on to you. The universal golden rule, on Earth anyways.

hardwork , effort, trial and error. If you already work hard to earn FNR,
and this stuff gives you a migraine,which I promise it will. then use your
FNR or a car, cabin, or old Rv, whatever to barter with the man who went

the inside pieces are connected and in place. I may not ever complete the
puzzle. I don't think I can. But what a relief it is to be able to see
enough of the picture that I know what the picture is of and it's really
clear what's missing , even though I don't know specifically what's on
those pieces. I , at least , have a better idea of what I need to find.
Stop looking for the answer and start finding those border pieces in all of
this stuff you think is non factual b.s. because I've seen everyone here
pass up and even dismiss some valuable important, well written , free
information that you should kick yourself over. Stop being your worst enemy
and an enemy of this group. There's some real talent here and from what
I've seen , it's not appreciated often enough and the good information is
being ignored. It's the same reason our country is in the poop hole and
it's overun with corruption. We are all too busy knowing nothing and
fighting about it, smearing poop on out brothers and snuggly snickering to
others . Aren't we smart and funny. I'm personally not feeling smart or
funny because I managed to go through so many years knowing there was a
problem , but never bothering to find out what it was until the corruption
was severe and I was personally victimized. Only then did I put overtime

One can use the state national passport in place of SSN and it will work

It does NOT state anything about lying to Congress or any other government
body or administrative agency....which is why the IRS prosecutes you for

their letters - nothing to incriminate yourself with) ....and you can be
held in contempt for lying to Congress.
NOW...that being said....you get taken INTO a court with a judge and then
you lie before the judge...it is then and only then you can get away with
