Yes the crimes are true but the author doesn't understand the simplicity of
prosecuting treason with the Congressional Journals.
The simplicity for their conviction of treason comes by the fact their first
action was to gain their government employment which required their lie (oath
or affirmation) to 'support the constitution' without consent of congress. All
government actions they committed after their employment started repeated the
crime of treason, so this author is making the problem larger than needed which
makes the solution more difficult.
One conviction, for one impeachment will remove to the null file all documents
signed by these criminals.
