What does this mean? they are shutting off the Swift banking system to
these countries? Why? article doesnt say how long. or what for. and
why these named countries. are they sanctioned for some reason?

Political theatre, and *not* justice.
We best be wary of laws, and jurors, and the political (especially) in
such regard, (of deceit, intimidation, if not forceful, violent behavior
and abuse, as of the, not *so* reasonable...) be taken any more seriously
than they should in such regard, of, "so" hopefully righting the matter, as
for what is best and *not* political in such respect.
Stick/truly start with the first line if you can't figure out the second,
etc., for where *I* stand on the matter (if not, to your liking or
preference) and to what I recommend and do about it. I count our democracy
(of politics) and justice system (etc.) a sham, if not worse, otherwise,
and *behave, *accordingly.
I wish if not do as much for everyone and everything, that "justice" might
be served and done, how I figure/understand as much *best* helps, with
and for as much.. .
Cheers. Much work (if not of the *essential* fighting) *remains,* in such
respect, I'm, So sure, as of such faith and data or, evidence. If *I* can't
get away with that... it should *truly* make it clearer where the problem
