I've combined the Mandatory No Court Fees I got from this forum (with a few

(he is deceased, btw). He mentioned the Coinage Act of 1792 (!), with its
specific definition of a "dollar of silver" and the only "update" to that being
the Coinage Act of 1965, which effectively eliminated silver from the economy
(30 plus years after gold)I tried it on a federal case, and 2 small claims
court cases, all denied (but I'm filing actions against the judges and clerks
who acted under color of law and denied me access to the courts. However, last
week I filed it again, in state court, and it was accepted without comment.
I've attached the portion of the case that deals with court fees.
