Using this letter has anyone had any success, I have seen courts in CA throw
out cases with this type of wording as patriot /sovereign citizen mytholgy.
Right though it may be, it you don't understand how to argue it in front of
the judge they run roughshod over you. Would love to see cases won by this
letter or have closed cases overturned. I have 6 to try to overturn
