i hope all is well. i’m so excited about having opportunity and exposure to
the knowledge shared by candi-lee and the members of this amazing group. Each

i really appreciate Joe for the information that he is sharing on the
step-by-step process to bring forward one’s land patent. Joe’s email is
joe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Along with advice from candi-lee, they have re-kindled my
quest to bring my land grant forward. i started searching and discovered that
my original grant appears to be written in cursive and dates back to what
appears to be 1834.
Quote from Ron Gibson’s book, “A patent for land is the highest evidence of
title and is conclusive as evidence even against the Government and all others
claiming under junior patents or titles (Warranty Deed) ect..., United States
v. Stone, 2 US 525. Estoppel is hereby noticed and has been maintained as
against a municipal corporation (County), Beadle v. Smyser, 209 US 393.”
