Who said ANY court allowed it? Now, WE can if we choose to kick them out
without ANY court approval-you're thinking TOO much legal-BS!
We are NOT LEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!(no jurisdiction!) (we just don't WANT to live there
anymore) So instead, we have set up in the common law our liens that HAVE to be
paid off to us BEFORE any renter/OWNER CAN sell it according to what they
signed in "title laws" in the "legal" bull. Quit assuming! WHAT DOES THAT
MAKE YOU????
This centers on what is jurisdicton? It is authority to make the rules. Why I
say jurisdiction or establishing your court needs established and without it.

My business IS the authority and does NOT need permission!!! They would need

In the end, AFTER physically kicking us out of our homestead (20 years) and
DBA'D OUR name and address, AND arrested me (calling the arrest only a
resisting arrest-not so)
AFTER THE common law court HAD judged it to be in Abatement that ON the
records is still our house!
There are people living there now who are paying rent to a corp-servicer who
had/has NO claims on the record to own/sell it. The people bought stolen
property and never looked to see who owned it on the records....
Moral of the story? Always CHECK to see online or go there before buying in the
county .....the people paying rent cannot sell it until they pay us off
first!-HA
