In my research I've learned more on how we get remedy when a corrupt county
called our credit union and used false information to contact a fake IRS agent
to remove all FRNS from our account!
We have sense gotten it all back. It was all pathetic -UGH...
so, LET ME help you with this understanding with the courts.
We know they are "banks". So, I looked up the laws for them. When we found out
about the DBA in 2013, THEY had TO give us remedy for its proof that we did
record it in the county records. They also knew of the incredible money
laundering the banks did/do when we applied for a bank account. As a part of
their "gov." they have a corp. called the fin CEN, to which they defined as the
"law enforcement of money!
In the same year, 2013, they created a "form" and called it the CDD form. We
filled it out and sent it in to the credit union. In 2018, IT BECAME their law
that ALL banks (after May 11th,) are to find out WHO their customer is on new
accounts! (we also create new accounts now)
Now, what I notice is the ones who have DBA's AND do contracts with them-us
(vendors all have banks) will change the business name you give them on their
papers as yet another "loop hole" that is if you sign as "THAT " NAME, you
agree to its use....ok, triple UGH!!!
or WHAT WE LIKE TO DO is just use brackets around the signature!!!! If A court
case gets filed, we put the copy of the recorded certified DBA in it and it
ends the case! They know that they can only "sue" in like kind. Corporate
cannot sue an unincorporate! Words....SO important! Look up in most states that
have "unincorporated cities, or towns. Living in one of those places, have no
rules because they were never incorporated in the LAND RECORDS! we DBA IN A
LAND RECORD and it becomes our property...we have considered moving to one-ha

done, the attornies never win. The attornies can be drug into the private but
private can refuse to go into the corporate. That is why I state one must get
the two courts established or identities. You are king now and like author also
states. Words are important. I'll be reading the revision book. The only thing

when one has to go to court. Yet, it does things I've not been able to
