I was trying use this example about a manager and daughter in law that most
could relate too. So sorry that I didn't "pull it off.' The point being, when
it comes to "doing business" corporations like the wal-mart that a lot of folks
do business with and some will try to control folks with signs or orally make a
statement just for control to see if people will or not speak up. Corporations
do not have the power to limit what people can do or buy as the truth is they
have to do what WE say as they "work" for us and if we call them out on their
fraud....the workers will get away with the poor treatment we don't deserve. No
one "needs to put out any form" in most of life's choices unless they are being
threatened with arrest OR threat of stealing property. most OF THIS "KNOWLEDGE
OF knowing who we are is the ACTING part in the public where most of acting IS
there. Personally, I'm tired of the abuse of our employees taking advantage of
us because "we don't know". It was just a small example of what TO do in that
circumstance. You'd BE SURPRISED AT how many times we just let things go when
it's just not right that we should speak up- as it's another form of a process!
We don't need to be mean about it, just don't need to be controlled anymore by
them....Do ya get this? Please let me know. K?

An example, My daughter in law was on the phone with me in Indiana and she
never had a dba yet.
She was buying pool cleaner (Wal-Mart) for the first time in June after the
pool was set up. She gets to the cleaning Isle and a sign state she can only
buy one bag of cleaner....I said to her, to tell that person working the Isle
to get the supervisor and she did. He takes his time getting there, but says
oh, you can buy as many bags as you want....She was SO surprised at how easy it
was!
Just one way, and I had to guess a lot in the beginning!

I learned to have a copy of the Minn. DBA with me when I step outside. If
asked for "who I am"? I say it works both ways...Where's your DBA to do
business with me?
Or, get me your supervisor...(they HAVE to know the dba LAWS) And depending on
the servants-"ego" they HAVE to do it!!! ONLY ONCE, did it not work for me!

In the end, AFTER physically kicking us out of our homestead (20 years) and
DBA'D OUR name and address, AND arrested me (calling the arrest only a
resisting arrest-not so)
AFTER THE common law court HAD judged it to be in Abatement that ON the
records is still our house!
There are people living there now who are paying rent to a corp-servicer who
had/has NO claims on the record to own/sell it. The people bought stolen
property and never looked to see who owned it on the records....
Moral of the story? Always CHECK to see online or go there before buying in the
county .....the people paying rent cannot sell it until they pay us off
first!-HA
Really!. If the court allows another to live there it is fiction in ones mind
to think the new owners you call renters cannot sell it to someone else. HA, HA
This centers on what is jurisdicton? It is authority to make the rules. Why I
say jurisdiction or establishing your court needs established and without it.
