My mentor has established her sovereignty and has been told she cannot go into
US courts. She submits her petitions to the US DOJ and they perform that task
for her as her trustees…wanted to share that.

I've said this so many times but many do not listen or ignore and then want

Here we go to lessons:
Words? that are very important. The first thing submitted is that you get a
free court. I've submitted that paper here before and comes from our lovely
brother: "allright". It gets one well established your a sovereign. Your
court is free. It works often for a fee free Court even if you do not know
your a sovereign or what that means. This lets the court know your in charge
and now one needs to stay in charge.
The lower courts as a whole will not honor much from a sovereign. Even if
done right. United States District Court is possible but still general court
and created by the United States. The United States Supreme Court (only one)
and is the only court according to the constituition that can rule on law and
equity. I do not know how to enter that court,i but would if there is a way.
I use the U.S. court of claims because it sues the United States. Now United
States is a dead enity or embicile. But the employees living souls, and
fellow sovereigns are not. So your petition is to United States (congress).
Their representative called an attorney is also sovereign. Let that sink in.
I'm not afraid to ask the sovereign if s/he intends to harm me. That nobility
title is only by where they work. The sovereign is not of that jurisdicton.
So you bring them (sovereigns) to your court as all Americans are sovereigns
and in our jurisdicton to be held accountable.
Another reason for Congress is they did create the regulations for the United
States. When you as a sovereign choose to be a sovereign by enlightenedment.
Congress will apologize as they did not intend to harm you. They will say it
was intend for the jurisdiction of the United States which includes embicile,
idiots and the ignorant. Leaving the lower fruit, "embicile" nobility titled
be punished. Come back to how this works later.
Important words are petitioner, petition, and respondent that is required to
be used. Those that use plaintiff and defendant admit your an embicile,
child, and incompetent. Whether you have an attorney or not. Petitioner is
coming to the court wanting the courts power to full fill your petition. It's
words of the sovereign.
The judge will read your whole document and decide if you presented a
sovereign petition. If you use codes not applicable or not establish the case
as a sovereigns claim. Which is more then just a word; you lose your
sovereign position. If Established the return letter the judge sends will
have a page that shows that he is not granting your wish. He will not put
petitioner V respondent but rather: your name V opponents name. The second
paper will state plaintiff( your name) V defendants name. By both names will
be footnotes stating your an embicile, child, etc. Yes, the judge is brutally
honest. If one does not get this immediately; analyze your paper and see what
you might have done to demolish your standing. Any words that give the judge
a question can do it. Not always as it depends on the particulate judge. That
will need corrected when it is your turn again.
Case number or citation from where this claim originated. I Write it as:
Reference Case number xxx xxx. I do not go into detail or affadavit and have
not found a reason to as the case existence in their system proves United
States employees Violated my right to have a claim. They assumed I was
employee or an idiot. The sovereign officer may be an embicile. Be kind to
s/he. If the goverment employee is an embicile he'll be answering to criminal
charges by Congress ordering an investigation.
Body of the letter
1.
I start with a paragraph of the chain of sovereignty. Starts with God, w/o/
men, dead enities and the ignorant.
2. Very brief statement of harm done. That is this individual (judge, cop,
attorney etc) caused harm by not using law on the sovereign (Bringing a
claim) and treating one as a United States employee. Using United States
regulations on a non employee.

Crimes are stated and briefly as the United States constitution requires as
their duty to punish those United States enities that violate it. I state an
investigation is required to full fill the constitutional law for those who
violated the crimes and I list them. Do not hold a trial by explaining as it
is United States duty to do.
3. Now to declare your edict. One can use different words but I personally
like edict.
I'm not wanting a remedy. Edict means:an official order or proclamation
issued by a person in authority.
That is the basic formal layout of my claim. I will revise as I lean more.
Now for those who are representing another. I sign mine this way, because it
works and status in tune with our compact of living souls.

Now like income tax refund for all you have paid over the years. The crimes
are non-existent because it is seen as you volunteered out of ignorance. The
employer in my opinion is the criminal.
Taco Bell case seems to hold this view, also.
So think of who you are and your reason to the facts. Yes, you can be sued
back by awaken sovereign. The recent governor Cuomo has claimed his
sovereignty by requiring an affadavit. Non-existent and the case is gong to
fall. Unless an affadavit comes forth and no attorney can help. I would love
to have that client to serve on the governor.
That will get you on your way if you get your attitude to absorb what all

goes into it haphazardly. Does anyone know of any in texas? Also any
links that simplify it would be great. And like I said
I would really appreciate if somebody would talk to him about social
security so he would stop freaking out. Lol. He does need to quit his job
though, he may not fully understand yet but hes part of the problem in
helping violate people's rights. Not sure that's his reason for wanting
to quit but the sooner he does the better. So please any information as
